Our typical order processing time is 1 - 5 Business Days, Although for custom orders it can take longer depending on how many revisions we have to make during the design process.
Once the Item has shipped, most customers receive their package in 3 -5 business days or less.
We are a small business and all of our products are made to order. Therefore once the product has gone into production we are unable to cancel the order & we do not accept returns. However, if you do receive a broken or defective product we will do everything we can to make it right with you including sending a replacement.
