Shipping Policy

PRODUCTION AND SHIPMENT 

• Processing Time takes 1-5 business days
• Shipping Typically takes 2 - 5 business days depending on your location

Items are shipped from the U.S. and sent out with USPS tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to track items and contact the USPS once shipped for any issues. We are not responsible for items that are delivered to incorrect addresses or for items that are marked as delivered by the USPS.

USA: Shipping within the United States takes 2-5 business days to arrive at the final destination once the item is shipped.

CANADA: Once items are shipped, items typically take 6-12 business days to arrive at a destination in Canada.

INTERNATIONAL: Items are shipped using an international carrier and typically take 8-16 business days to arrive at the final destination depending on countries. Specific countries may have custom regulations that result in delays so make sure to know the policies within your country.
