1. CAN I ORDER CUSTOM PRODUCT?

Absolutely YES! We do have designs that you can order as it is, customizes on however you want it or you can even provide your own design and we will print it for you.

2. CAN I ORDER BULK?

Yes! There are no limits on how many you want to order. You can order any custom product starting from one unit to a thousand or more. We can also customize every place on products.

3. WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I PERSONALIZE?

All our product lines can be personalized. Furthermore, we continually add new quality products to our site so that our customers have a good range of options to choose from.

4. WHAT PROCESS DO YOU USE FOR PRINTING?

Sublimation process for mugs only, where high-quality ink used to print transfer, then with high temperature pressed onto our products. (No Vinyl or similar products used)


5. WHERE DO I SEND THE PHOTO FOR PERSONALIZATION?

6. CAN I CHANGE THE PHOTO FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, you can as long as we are still in the process of approving the sample mockup design. Once you had given your approval and production starts, we cannot change it anymore.

7. ARE THE MUGS DISHWASHER SAFE?

Yes, they are completely safe. You can wash it with no worries that the design can come off.
8. ARE THE MUGS MICROWAVE SAFE?
Yes, 100% Microwave Safe


9. IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

ABSOLUTELY! No matter where you live, your package will reach you. Check out our SHIPPING POLICY page to check the different shipping time frame.

10. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping Typically takes 2 - 5 business days depending on your location. Check out our SHIPPING POLICY page to check the different shipping time frame.

11. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number included. All US orders are tracking with USPS while international packages are either through UPS or local postal service once the packages arrived at the country of destination.

12. MY TRACKING LINK IS NOT WORKING! WHAT TO DO?

I am so sorry to hear that! Kindly contact our customer support so that they can assist you. They are willing to resolve your issue.

 

13. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

Don’t worry and panic! As you may know, our production takes 1-5 business days and only then, would we be able to dispatch it to the courier. For our US orders, transit time is 2-5 business days while international packages would take 8-16 business days. If it has been sent out and has been in transit longer than our stated transit interval, kindly contact our customer support so that they can assist you. They are willing to resolve your issue.

 

14. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND?

Sometimes, things happen that are out of our hands. Kindly contact our customer support so that they can assist you. They are willing to resolve your issue.


15. I RECEIVED A WRONG DESIGN FOR MY ORDER! HOW DO I RETURN THIS?

That should not happen! Kindly contact our customer support so that they can assist you. They are willing to resolve your issue.

16. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, apple pay, google play, and Paypal payments.


17. WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?

We do not have a physical address at the moment. All purchases can be made here, at our online shop. And we operate from Monday - Friday. We will respond to all inquiries and order emails within 1 - 2 days unless otherwise stated.

18. TRACKING STATUS SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING

As soon as the tracking on your order is updated to 'delivered' by the postal

courier, it triggers our automatic emails and we send you a notification to say your order was delivered.

Occasionally, a parcel will be marked as delivered by the courier prematurely. If you receive an 'order delivered' email from us but have not received anything, here is some information you should know:

This occurs most often with USPS couriers. Some couriers will scan all their parcels as delivered at the start of their day, only to actually deliver the parcels over the course of the next day.

In 90% of cases raised to us by customers, the parcel is received within the next 3 days of the 'order delivered' email being received.

So here are our standard procedures for these situations:

  1. Check that the shipping address you provided at checkout is 100% correct. Even the smallest typo can lead to a problem with delivery. Please let us know if you made a mistake.

  2. Wait 3 business days (weekdays) to see if the delivery email was simply sent prematurely. This advice solves 90% of these cases.

After 3 more working days have passed:

  1. Ask your neighbors if they have seen it or picked it up for you.
  2. Contact the local post office and ask if they have received it.
  3. Contact the courier directly (USPS or FedEx for example) so that they can contact the delivery driver and get some information from them.

By this point, we're confident you'll have located your delivery. If you haven't then please let us know and we can work to make this right by sending you a replacement.
